Terms of Service
The standards every member agrees to on joining the Loop.
1. Eligibility
Access to MyLocalLoop is granted to vetted businesses that maintain valid CIPC registration and uphold Loop-tier service standards.
2. Member Conduct
Members agree to accurate representation of their services, honour enquiries in good faith, and refrain from spam or misleading marketing.
3. Suspension & Termination
MyLocalLoop reserves the right to suspend any account that breaches these standards or damages the integrity of the ecosystem.
